Charles' philosophy of education is simple: meet students where they are. It's his belief that arts are a way to help students find their identity and give them resources to shape their realities. He believes music and the arts are a way to connect with people instantly and foster conversation. Critical conversations can change cultures and his mission to help the world by sparking the conversations that promote change.
